Simulation Environment & Policy Briefs Co-Creation

In this section, early-stage researchers (ESRs) will find a digital simulation environment designed to put their TESAR training into practice. Here, they will have the opportunity to experience the complexity of real policymaking, testing their skills on urgent challenges such as climate change, public health, and inequality.

Through interactive exercises, ESRs will collaborate to develop policy briefs that translate evidence into clear, actionable recommendations. Each partner country will produce one brief, ensuring that national contexts are addressed while contributing to a shared European perspective.

Finally, ESRs and institutions will benefit from a roadmap for integrating EIPM into higher education and policymaking structures, ensuring that the competences and tools developed in TESAR remain impactful well beyond the project’s lifetime.
