The TESAR project is advancing its Sustainability and Inclusion Plan, integrating clear ESG principles (Environmental, Social, Governance) into all areas of project implementation. This approach ensures that TESAR’s training, simulation environments, national events, and digital resources are developed in a way that is environmentally responsible, socially inclusive, and ethically governed.
Our work focuses on:
- Environmental Responsibility
Promoting digital‑first workflows, reducing resource use, encouraging sustainable travel and procurement, and supporting environmentally responsible practices across all project events. - Inclusive and Accessible Participation
Ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion through transparent processes; providing multilingual and accessible materials; enabling hybrid participation; and supporting the involvement of underrepresented groups. - Transparent and Ethical Governance
Applying clear codes of conduct, ensuring compliance with EU and institutional standards, maintaining strong risk management procedures, and embedding inclusive governance practices throughout the project.
To support these goals, the project uses practical tools such as an Inclusivity Matrix and ESG‑aligned KPIs to track progress and strengthen continuous improvement. The TESAR project continues to build future‑oriented competencies and innovation capacity in a way that reflects our commitment to sustainability, inclusion, and responsible governance.
